Peyton Manning or Ryan Leaf? Hmmm.
Ryan Leaf, being the second pick in the 1998 NFL draft has had his share of embarassing moments. I think this may be his most shameful ever. Leaf has been indicted by a Randall County grand jury on drug and burglary charges. He was already considered the biggest bust of all time. I think this just makes him the biggest loser of all time.
